All of our engineers hold NVQ2 and L.E.I.A (Lift and Escalator Industry Association) qualifications for Stairlifts and are fully trained and authorized by the manufacturing Stairlift companies that we use. All of the relevant certificates to prove this can be shown to the customer when a home visit is scheduled.

We firmly believe that only qualified and authorized Stairlift engineers should install and maintain Stairlifts to keep them safe to use which in turn gives the customer a peace of mind knowing that any work carried out will be 100% safe. We believe that this is vitally important and just like you would only use a Gas Safe engineer to carry out your central heating needs the same also applies to Stairlifts so choose wisely.

Albion Stairlifts are authorised dealers for Acorn and Brooks Stairlifts and unlike many other Stairlift companies we only trade in Stairlifts and no other mobility products which means that all of our focus and time can easily be allotted to future training schedules on new products within the Stairlift industry. So basically speaking we are a true Stairlift Specialist!
